From 8 June 2015, the photocard licence counterpart will not be valid and will no longer be issued by DVLA.

This is the final webchat for our stakeholders, commercial customers and suppliers on these changes prior to abolition of the counterpart on 8 June 2015. We’ll be hosting a webchat for the public on 4 June 2015, information on this webchat will be made available on GOV.UK closer to the date.   • make sure it's about changes to the counterpart driving licence - unfortunately we won't have time to answer questions about other topics during the time allocated

  • appears to promote a commercial activity or identifiable individual or business
