DVLA Online AFRL and COD/NOD services
Important information for Motorcycle Dealers
You should by now have heard that the current Automated Vehicle Registration & Licensing (AFRL) is being replaced the new Register a Vehicle (RaV) service.
Your access to the AFRL service for accounting or vehicle registration will be permanently withdrawn from 6pm on Saturday 6/04/2019.
If you have not yet done so, please ensure that all vehicles due to be registered have been and any partial registrations are aborted.
You will receive your new login details for the new RaV Web service on Wednesday 10/04/2019.

Certificate of Destruction (CoD) / Notification of Destruction (NoD)
This service provides a Certificate of Destruction (CoD) / Notification of Destruction (NoD) facility for the salvage industry.
Are you aware of the Scrap Metal Dealers Act 2013? From 1 October 2013, scrap metal dealers in England and Wales, including motor salvage operators, need to hold a licence issued by their local council. The Act also introduced a ban on cash payment for scrap metal which includes end of life vehicles.
